At Axton Robotics LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with eligible returns or exchanges in accordance with the policy below.

Return Policy
We accept returns on eligible products under the following conditions:
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
- Products must be in like-new condition.
- All original packaging, manuals, accessories, inserts, and protective materials must be included.
- Products must show no signs of installation, use, damage, or wear.
Restocking Fee
Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover:
- Product inspection
- Functional testing
- Repackaging and processing
Shipping Costs
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Return shipping will only be covered by Axton Robotics LLC if:
- The item arrived defective.
- The wrong product was shipped due to our error.
Exchange Policy
If the purchased product is not the right fit, we may approve an exchange based on product availability.
Exchange Requirements
To be eligible for an exchange:
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
- Exchanges requested after this period cannot be accepted.
- All exchanges require prior approval from our Customer Service team.
- Replacement products are subject to inventory availability.
- Returned items must remain in like-new condition with:
- Original packaging
- Manuals
- Accessories
- Protective materials
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:

- Your order number
- The product(s) you wish to return or exchange
- The reason for your request

2. Receive Authorization
Our support team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
3. Prepare Your Package
Before shipping your item:
- Repack the product securely using the original packaging.
- Include all accessories, manuals, and protective materials.
- Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
4. Ship Your Return

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Unless the return is due to a defective product or our shipping error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Inspection & Refund
Once your return is received:
- The product will be inspected to verify eligibility.
- If approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method, less the 15% restocking fee, or
- Your replacement item will be shipped if an exchange was requested.
Exceptions
The following items may not qualify for returns or may be subject to different return terms:
- Custom-built systems
- Special-order products
- Products specifically identified as non-returnable at the time of purchase

Important Notes
Please keep the following in mind:
- Returns requested after 7 calendar days cannot be accepted.
- Exchanges requested after 14 calendar days cannot be accepted.
- Products that do not meet the required return conditions may be refused.
