The XJC Torque Sensor is a six-axis force measurement device manufactured by XJCSENSOR for integration into robotic systems and automated production equipment.
Available in two capacities—5 N.m and 20 N.m—the sensor provides 0.5% F.S.
nonlinearity and repeatability better than 0.1% F.S.
for precision torque and force monitoring applications.
The sensor operates across a temperature range of -20 to 80°C, with compensated performance from -10 to 40°C, and maintains thermal stability with output drift under 0.1% F.S.
per 10°C.
IP65 environmental protection allows deployment in industrial environments where dust and moisture are present.
The unit accepts 5 to 10 VDC excitation and offers an optional RS485 digital interface for integration with PLCs and motion controllers.
The sensor tolerates overloads up to 300% of full scale and maintains insulation resistance above 2000 MΩ at 50 VDC.
Cable configuration includes two 4.5×0.5 m conductors, two 4.5×7.0 m conductors, and a 14-pin plug connector.
Suitable for robotic end-of-arm tooling, assembly verification stations, and test fixtures where multi-axis force feedback is required.
