Warsonco MD30 Max - Collaborative palletizing robot

The Warsonco MD30 Max is a collaborative palletizing robot designed for end-of-line stacking applications across food, medicine, daily chemicals, logistics, and production environments.

Available in two configurations, the fixed-height version operates at 1600 mm and achieves approximately 1600 mm stacking height, while the lifting-column version provides a 1200–2200 mm lifting range at 30 mm/s and enables stacking heights up to approximately 2600 mm, depending on gripper and product dimensions.

Both configurations handle payloads up to 30 kg with 0.04 mm repeatability and accommodate standard pallets sized 1200×1000 mm or 1200×800 mm.

The mobile unit weighs approximately 350 kg with lifting column and can be repositioned by two persons.

Power requirements are AC 380 V at 3500 W for both versions.

Control options include touch panel, web terminal, or industrial control host.

Programming is simplified through graphical drag-and-drop interfaces, with SDKs available for C#, Python, and Java to support custom integration and fast commissioning.

The system includes integrated intelligent palletizing software that enables configuration without programming expertise and supports AI visual adaptation.

Connectivity is provided through Modbus, TCP/IP, RS-485, and digital I/O as standard, with optional Profinet, EtherCAT, and Ethernet/IP interfaces available for integration with existing factory networks.

The modular design supports multi-level palletizing for variable product sizes.
