The Vibrotec spiral conveyor is a vibratory feeding system that uses controlled vibration to orient and feed components through a helical track.

The system comprises two primary assemblies: a sorting bowl and a drive unit.

Vibrotec offers this feeder in four standard bowl sizes with top diameters of 200 mm, 300 mm, 450 mm, and 600 mm.

Three bowl geometries are available to suit different component types: V-ZT cylindrical, V-ST stepped, and V-KT conical.

The spiral track width can be configured to match specific workpiece dimensions.

All bowls feature a Vulkollan coating on contact surfaces to reduce wear and protect parts during conveyance.

The 300 mm diameter model weighs 12 kg.
