The Vetter FR-40-80-500-10 is a compact conveyor belt designed for precision material handling in space-constrained installations.

Its internal drive configuration eliminates external motor protrusions, while the 40 mm frame height and 80 mm overall width (65 mm belt width) suit tight integration requirements.

The unit accommodates center distances from 350 to 1600 mm and transports loads up to 50 N or 100 N at belt speeds ranging from 0.5 to 10 meters per minute.

Construction includes stainless-steel glide plates and anodized aluminum profiles for durability and accurate belt tracking.

The 24 V DC motor integrates directly into standard automation architectures.

Speed is continuously adjustable via a 0 to 10 V analog input signal, which also provides stop function control and an optional 110 percent speed boost capability.
