This pneumatic vacuum gripper from Schmalz delivers a 37 kg maximum payload capacity through a 230 × 120 mm suction surface, using compressed air to generate vacuum directly within the unit.

The self-contained design eliminates the need for external vacuum pumps, reducing system footprint and simplifying integration for palletizing, de-palletizing, and pick-and-place applications.

The gripper is compatible with Universal Robots and Fairino cobots and ships with all necessary mounting hardware and connectors for rapid deployment.

Integrated on/off control consolidates system architecture, while the pneumatic generation type relies on facility compressed air rather than electrical vacuum generation.
