This pneumatic table vise from Air Vise & Workholding combines self-centering precision with 96mm zero point system compatibility for CNC machining environments.

The vise delivers 6-inch jaw width with a 15/16-inch throat depth in a compact 5.980-inch square footprint.

Constructed from 7075 T-6 hard anodized aluminum with soft jaws, the unit provides adjustable clamping force for both outside diameter and inside diameter workholding.

The design is optimized for high-mix production where frequent part changeovers are required.

A proprietary T-hook mechanism allows the jaws to disengage when open, enabling rapid jaw changeout without tooling.

Single-touch pneumatic actuation integrates with robotic command controls or M-code operation, delivering repeatable clamping force across production runs.

The base accepts standard pull studs for zero point systems and fits Lang, Jergens, and 5th axis 96mm base plates.

Chip evacuation pathways are integrated into the geometry.

Each unit ships with workholding hardware, fixture keys, jaw shim, and pneumatic fittings.

Raptor plates and pull studs are not included and must be sourced separately.
