The igus DLE-IAP-001-KIT-2 IAP1.02 is a single-axis sprue picker designed to automate sprue removal from stripper and ejector molds in small injection molding machines.

The picker uses lubricant-free igus polymer bearing technology throughout its motion system.

Linear motion is handled by drylin W profile rail guides, while dryspin threaded nuts and spindles provide the drive actuation.

Flat guide drylin N components ensure stable guidance, and iglidur J plain bearings reduce wear at pivot points.

Additional iglidur semi-finished plastic products are incorporated for custom wear parts.
