SMC ZXPE5 | Electric vacuum gripper | for FANUC

The SMC ZXPE5A051P-25BS-CE is an electric vacuum gripper engineered for FANUC collaborative robots, combining vacuum generation, valving, sensing, and suction cups in a single 0.556 kg end effector.

The unit operates without external compressed air and delivers a maximum gripping force of 5 N.

Its propulsion method is electric, and it is rated for ambient temperatures up to 40 °C.

The gripper mounts via an ISO 9409-1-50-4-M6 tool flange that enables installation and fast changeover using two clamp screws.

Cup configurations are available in diameters from 8 mm to 32 mm, offered in various shapes and materials to accommodate different workpiece geometries and surface types.

The integrated vacuum generation and leak-reducing design are intended to support stable automated handling with reduced setup requirements.
