The SMC MH-X7654 is an adaptive elastic gripper finger engineered to grip irregularly shaped and delicate parts without requiring customized jaw designs.

Available in EPDM or FDA-compliant silicone, the finger conforms to undefined geometries while protecting sensitive surfaces from damage during handling operations.

Material selection determines operating temperature range: EPDM functions from −20 °C to 150 °C, while silicone extends the range from −30 °C to 200 °C, with maximum ambient temperature capability of 200 °C.

Each finger weighs approximately 35 g and features high abrasion resistance for extended service life.

The design integrates with SMC MH-series air grippers via a stainless-steel mounting plate and offers two-direction mounting for optimal orientation.

The 58 × 60 mm effective gripping surface and slim 3 mm profile enable access to densely arranged items.
