Electric gripper engineered for collaborative robot applications, delivering 140 N gripping force with 0.1 mm repeatability and certified integration for FANUC CRX cobots.

The SMC LEHR32K2-50B-051-E is an electric gripper designed for collaborative robot end-of-arm tooling.

Each jaw provides 25 mm of stroke, and the unit delivers a maximum gripping force of 140 N with 0.1 mm repeatability.

Recommended workpiece weight is 1.4 kg.

This gripper is certified for use with FANUC CRX collaborative robots and connects via a single M8 cable for plug-and-play operation.

A battery-less absolute encoder retains finger position data through power cycles, allowing the gripper to restore position immediately after restart without manual homing routines.

At 1 kg, the gripper adds minimal mass to the robot payload capacity.

It mounts using the ISO 9409-1-50-4-M6 interface, a standard flange pattern found on many collaborative and light industrial robots.

The electric propulsion method eliminates the need for pneumatic supply lines at the tool point.

Suitable for precision pick-and-place operations, small-parts assembly, laboratory automation, and other applications where consistent gripping force and position accuracy are required in a collaborative workspace.
