The Small Conveyor GUF-P MINI AF from Maschinenbau Kitz GmbH is a compact belt conveyor system built on a modular profile design.
This unit measures 100 mm wide by 2,000 mm long and supports payloads up to 25 kg, making it suitable for moving small, lightweight components in material handling applications where footprint and vertical clearance are limited.
The minimal installation height and small-diameter drive and idler rollers reduce transfer gaps between conveyor sections or adjacent equipment.
The conveyor frame incorporates T-slots with 10 mm slot width running lengthwise along both sides, providing mounting points for integration into machine frames and attachment of side rails, sensors, and other hardware.
These slots also enable the installation of conveyor stands along the full frame length to clear uneven floors, machine bed protrusions, or other obstacles.
Power supply and control are handled via the Igus Robot Control system.
The unit ships without accessories or a base frame; custom configurations are available upon request.
