The igus Room Gantry RG-0002 is a three-axis Cartesian gantry robot that handles payloads up to 5 kg within a 400x400x150mm working envelope.

With 0.8 mm repeatability and 0.5 m/s maximum speed, this 6.1 kg unit performs up to 20 picks per minute, making it suitable for pick and place, packaging, lab automation, and assembly operations.

The system is recommended for small and medium-sized manufacturers, research laboratories, and industrial users requiring cost-effective, low-maintenance automation.

Control is provided through igus Robot Control software or the Dryve D1 controller, both supporting Modbus TCP, CANopen, and digital and analog I/O protocols.
