The igus ReBeLMove is an autonomous mobile robot with a 100 kg maximum payload, continuously active safety systems including a PLd-rated laser scanner and dual-channel emergency stop, and free-space navigation at speeds up to 1.5 m/s.
Even in push mode and when docking at stations, all safety features remain active.
These include: Safety laser scanner, dual-channel emergency stop, encoders on the motors and brakes on both motors.
With a Performance Level D (PLd), the ReBeLMove navigates freely in space and independently searches for a free path.
The safety technology can intervene at any time and stop the robot.
If the ReBeLMove detects an object in front of it, it tries to avoid it.
