The ReBel RL-SE-80-50-0011 is a size 80 fully integrated shaft gearbox that combines a brushless DC external rotor motor, CAN-BUS motor driver board, and encoder into a single assembly.
Rated for 2 Nm torque at 10 rpm, this unit provides motor, control, and feedback in one compact package.
Manufactured with igus high-performance polymers, the gearbox achieves a 25 percent weight reduction compared to conventional strain wave gears.
The output includes an integrated encoder and mounting flange for direct integration into robotic joints and actuator assemblies.
This design eliminates the need for separate motor, gearbox, and controller mounting, simplifying mechanical integration in weight-sensitive collaborative robot applications.
