RBTX Bowl feeder

The vibratory bowl developed by RBTX is used to feed small components to the robot.

Vibrations are generated by an oscillating electromagnetic solenoid with configurable frequency, amplitude, and full/half-wave shape.

In the process, the components make a small throwing movement in the conveying direction with each vibration, which is referred to as micro-throwing.

The conveyor thus enables reliable, material-friendly transport of the components to the robot.
