QKM | Tobot FlexSorter Station with Scara Robot

The QKM Technology Tobot FlexSorter Station is an integrated SCARA robot system designed for automated feeding, sorting, and light assembly of small parts.

The system achieves throughput rates up to 3000 parts per hour with repeatable positioning accuracy of ±0.07 mm.

Controlled through the QVR system, the station incorporates a vision camera with an optional bottom correction camera for part recognition and orientation.

The software-driven interface supports integration with vibrating feeders, grippers, conveyors, and other automation peripherals, allowing it to fit into existing production lines.
