QKM | Tobot FlexSorter Station

The QKM Tobot FlexSorter Station (QFSM-0001K-3224) is an automated material handling system engineered for precision sorting of small components, thin sheets, silicon wafers, and irregularly shaped parts.

The station accommodates part sizes from 2 to 120 mm and supports a vibration load up to 1.5 kg, with positioning accuracy of ±0.07 mm and cycle times between 1.9 and 3 seconds.

The system operates through FlexSorter software displayed on an integrated 13.3-inch touchscreen.

Vision capability is provided by a top-mounted camera, with an optional bottom camera available for additional inspection angles.

Standard interfaces include AC/DC power input, emergency stop, and Ethernet connectivity.

Bin capacity is configurable from 8 to 15 liters to suit different workflow requirements.

The FlexSorter Station integrates with QKM robot models AH3-0400 and AH6K-0600 for pick and place, sorting, and assembly operations.
