The PGHL-400-80 is an industrial electric parallel gripper that provides adjustable gripping force from 140 to 400 N per jaw across an 80 mm stroke.
Driven by a precision planetary reducer and rack-and-pinion mechanism, the unit is rated for workpieces up to 8 kg and achieves position repeatability of ±0.02 mm.
Opening and closing cycles complete in 1.0 and 1.1 seconds respectively.
The gripper operates on 24 V DC ±10% with a rated current of 1.0 A and peak draw of 3.0 A.
Standard communication is via Modbus RTU (RS485) and digital I/O, with optional interfaces including TCP/IP, USB 2.0, CAN 2.0A, PROFINET, and EtherCAT.
At 2.2 kg and measuring 194 mm x 73 mm x 70 mm, the unit is IP40 rated and designed for environments between 0-40°C and up to 85% relative humidity.
The PGHL-400-80 is CE, FCC, and RoHS certified.
