The PGC-50-35 is an electrically actuated parallel gripper designed for collaborative robot applications, using a precision planetary reducer and rack-and-pinion drive system to deliver 15 to 50 N of gripping force per jaw across a 37 mm stroke.
It achieves position repeatability of ±0.03 mm and completes opening and closing cycles in 0.7 seconds each, with a recommended maximum workpiece weight of 1 kg.
The unit ships with Modbus RTU communication via RS485 and digital I/O as standard, with optional support for TCP/IP, USB 2.0, CAN 2.0A, PROFINET, and EtherCAT protocols.
Rated at 24 V DC with 0.25 A continuous current draw and 0.5 A peak, the gripper operates in environments from 0 to 40°C at up to 85% relative humidity.
IP54 protection guards internal components against dust and water spray.
