Manual change system CMS 050

The SCHUNK CMS 050 is a manually operated tool change system designed for both robot-mounted and stationary industrial applications.

With a maximum payload capacity of 11 kg and a lightweight 0.27 kg frame, this changer provides a practical solution for flexible production environments requiring frequent tool swaps without automatic actuation.

The system supports up to 6 fluid feed-throughs for routing pneumatic or hydraulic lines through the interface.

It is rated for a maximum axial force (Fz) of 900 N.

The CMS 050 is well-suited for assembly operations and manufacturing cells producing high-mix products where manual tool changes are preferred or where the cost and complexity of automatic changers is not justified.

Piston stroke monitoring is available as an optional feature.
