The igus Line Robot LG-0009 is a 2-DOF cartesian gantry system configured as an XY actuator with single rail architecture, offering a 1000 x 750 mm workspace and 5 kg maximum payload.
The system achieves 0.5 mm repeatability and incorporates two Z-axes that move independently of each other in the Y direction.
Pre-configured with drylin linear actuators, NEMA stepper motors, and components for self-assembly, this gantry is designed for measuring and testing machines, handling and assembly operations, microelectronics identification, and small parts handling tasks.
Control is managed through igus Robot Control software and igus D1 dryve motor control, with compatibility for third-party robot control platforms.
Optional accessories available upon request include proximity switches, initiators, connecting cables, cable carriers, and additional control systems.
Standard configurations support strokes up to 3 meters, with extended strokes up to 6 meters and payloads up to 20 kg available after technical testing.
