Integrated Dispenser

The Loctite 2814024 is a pneumatic semi-automatic dispenser that integrates dual-channel control and an adhesive reservoir in one unit.

It features two independent digital timing channels, each controlling a pneumatic output for dispensing valves or other pneumatic devices.

The unit supports both timed and continuous operation modes for spot or bead dispensing applications.

The integrated reservoir accepts 50 ml, 250 ml, 500 g, 1 L, 2 kg, and 200 g adhesive packages, feeding material directly to dispensing valves.

Triggering options include the front touch panel start/stop button, an included foot switch, or an external start signal.

The dispenser is suitable for manual workstations and can be integrated into automated production lines.

An integrated Industry 4.0 function enables remote communication via Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or Ethernet.

A dosing valve is included with the unit.
