The SPOTLED II from LED2WORK is a surface-mounted LED machine luminaire designed for precision work area illumination in industrial settings.
This full-circle model features six LED spots configured with 25° optics to deliver focused, flat lighting suitable for CNC machines and other manufacturing equipment.
The luminaire carries an IP67 protection rating, making it appropriate for operation in harsh shop-floor conditions where exposure to coolant, chips, and contaminants is expected.
The SPOTLED II series is available with three optical configurations: 16°, 25°, and 40°, allowing selection based on whether precise spot illumination or broader medium-area coverage is required.
An optional joint bracket enables flexible positioning and realignment after installation.
Heat management is a key design consideration, as LED lights radiate heat to the rear.
When installed without the optional joint bracket, the luminaire must be mounted to a metal surface of at least 150 x 150 mm to ensure adequate cooling at ambient temperatures from 40°C and above.
Use of thermal paste is recommended for optimal thermal transfer.
