Fairino FR20 – Palletizer with or without lifting column

The Fairino FR20 is a palletizing station designed for automated stacking applications with a maximum payload of 20 kg and repeatability of 0.1 mm.

It is available in two versions: a fixed-height model at 1100 mm and a lifting column model with an adjustable range of 1140 to 1670 mm.

Both configurations support AC power at 110V or 220V and accommodate standard pallet sizes of 1200×1000 mm and 1200×800 mm.

Maximum stacking height reaches approximately 1800 mm.

The mobile version with lifting column weighs approximately 280 kg and can be repositioned by a single operator.

Control options include an integrated touch panel, WebApp, or mobile devices.

The system supports graphical drag-and-drop programming as well as SDKs for C#, C++, and Python to facilitate commissioning.

Standard communication interfaces include Modbus, TCP/IP, and digital I/O, with optional support for Profinet, EtherCAT, and Ethernet/IP.

The integrated Fairino palletizing software is designed to allow configuration without programming expertise, making the system accessible for rapid deployment in packaging, logistics, and machine-tending environments where multi-level palletizing of variable product sizes is required.
