Fairino FR20 – Palletizer with or without lifting column

The Fairino FR20 is a modular palletizing station that handles payloads up to 20 kg with 0.1 mm repeatability.

It ships in two configurations: a fixed-height version and a version with an integrated lifting column that enables maximum stacking heights up to 2,370 mm.

Both configurations support standard 1200×1000 mm and 1200×800 mm pallets and operate on AC 110V or 220V power.

The mobile unit with lifting column weighs approximately 280 kg and can be repositioned by a single operator.

Control options include an onboard touch panel, WebApp interface, or mobile device access.

The system supports graphical drag-and-drop programming and provides SDKs for C#, C++, and Python to streamline commissioning.

Standard communication interfaces include Modbus, TCP/IP, and digital I/O, with optional Profinet, EtherCAT, and Ethernet/IP connectivity.

The integrated Fairino palletizing software allows operators to configure multi-level palletizing patterns without writing code.

This station suits packaging lines, logistics operations, and machine tending applications where variable product sizes and flexible stacking are required.
