The Effecto FSG-4 is a four-finger electric soft gripper engineered to handle delicate, irregular, or variable-geometry workpieces without damage.
It uses FDA-compliant silicone fingers that flex in the gripping direction while maintaining rigidity along other axes, enabling secure contact with fragile items.
Electric actuation provides programmable finger positioning, force control capability, and part confirmation functions where required.
This gripper is compatible with collaborative robots and operates on 15–25 VDC power.
It accommodates workpieces up to 1.5 kg and delivers 0.08 mm repeatability.
Maximum ambient operating temperature is 60°C.
The unit weighs 1.3 kg and produces sound levels at or below 70 dB during operation.
Programming is accessible via Wi-Fi.
Typical applications include packaging lines, food handling, laboratory automation, electronics assembly, and other tasks where adaptive gripping of delicate or inconsistent objects is required.
