Cobot lifting module

The Römheld ShopFloor lifting module is an electromechanical linear actuator designed for vertical motion applications in automated manufacturing cells.

This unit delivers up to 2000 N of lifting force across a 600 mm stroke, with an integrated incremental travel measuring system that enables accurate position feedback for closed-loop control.

The module operates on 24 VDC control voltage and ships with a 2.5 m smooth connection cable for direct integration into standard industrial control architectures.

With a maximum bending moment rating of 500 N, this actuator is suited for tasks requiring controlled vertical travel under moderate side-loading conditions.

The ShopFloor series is commonly deployed in collaborative robot applications where coordinated Z-axis motion is required alongside horizontal robot movement, as well as in assembly stations, pick-and-place operations, and inspection systems that demand repeatable vertical positioning.
