The DH Robotics CGI 100-170 is a pinion-driven, three-finger centric electric gripper engineered for handling cylindrical workpieces.
Each jaw delivers 30 to 100 N of gripping force with a 10 mm stroke, accommodating cylindrical objects ranging from 40 mm to 170 mm in diameter and weighing up to 1.5 kg.
The gripper achieves ±0.03 mm repeat position accuracy with 0.5-second opening and closing cycles.
Weighing 1.5 kg and measuring 156.5 mm × 124.35 mm × 116 mm, the unit operates on 24 V DC ±10% at a rated current of 0.4 A and peak current of 1 A.
Standard communication interfaces include Modbus RTU (RS485) and digital I/O, with optional support for TCP/IP, USB2.0, CAN2.0A, PROFINET, and EtherCAT.
The gripper is rated IP40 and designed for environments between 0°C and 40°C with humidity below 85% RH.
Noise emission remains below 50 dB during operation.
The CG series offers multiple models to address different application requirements, stroke specifications, and end-effector configurations.
