The DH Robotics AG-160-95 is a linkage-type adaptive electric gripper designed for automated handling of diverse workpiece geometries.
Its screw nut and linkage mechanism delivers 45 to 160 N gripping force per jaw across a 95 mm stroke, with position repeatability of ±0.03 mm and recommended capacity of 3 kg.
The linkage design enables envelope adaptive grasping, providing stable grip on round, spherical, and irregular shapes.
The gripper operates on 24 V DC with standard Modbus RTU and digital I/O communication, plus optional protocols including TCP/IP, USB 2.0, CAN 2.0A, PROFINET, and EtherCAT for integration flexibility.
Opening and closing cycle time is 0.9 seconds each direction.
At 1 kg and rated IP54, the unit is suitable for environments from 0 to 40°C and up to 85% relative humidity, with noise emission below 60 dB.
The AG-160-95 features replaceable fingertips, self-locking function, and intelligent feedback.
Certified to CE, FCC, and RoHS standards.
