This DH Robotics two-finger adaptive gripper delivers 35-105 N gripping force per jaw with a 145 mm stroke, suitable for workpieces up to 2 kg.

The AG-105-145 is a linkage-type adaptive electric gripper from DH Robotics that uses a screw nut and linkage mechanism to handle workpieces up to 2 kg.

Each jaw provides adjustable gripping force from 35 to 105 N across a 145 mm stroke, with opening and closing cycles completing in 0.9 seconds.

Positional repeat accuracy is ±0.03 mm.

The gripper operates on 24 V DC with rated current of 0.8 A and peak current of 1.5 A.

Standard communication interfaces include Modbus RTU over RS485 and digital I/O, with optional support for TCP/IP, USB 2.0, CAN 2.0A, PROFINET, and EtherCAT.

The unit is rated IP54 and operates in environments from 0 to 40°C with relative humidity under 85 percent.

Noise emission remains below 60 dB during operation.

The adaptive design allows the gripper to conform to workpieces with varying shapes, making it suitable for collaborative robot applications across multiple industries.
