The DH Robotics AG3 is a three-finger linkage-type adaptive gripper that operates via screw nut and linkage mechanism to handle workpieces up to 1.8 kg.
Each jaw delivers 10 to 65 N of gripping force across a 106 mm parallel stroke or 122 mm centric stroke, with opening and closing times of 0.7 seconds and positional repeatability of ±0.03 mm.
The adaptive finger design allows the gripper to conform to workpieces with varying geometries.
The unit communicates via standard TCP/IP, USB 2.0, and CAN 2.0A interfaces, with optional EtherCAT support.
It operates on 24 V DC power, drawing 0.5 A rated current and up to 1.0 A peak.
The gripper functions within 0 to 40°C ambient temperature at up to 85% relative humidity and maintains noise levels below 60 dB.
Rated IP40, the AG3 is suitable for controlled industrial environments.
The gripper is certified to CE, FCC, and RoHS standards.
