Designed for EPSON T3, T6, and VT6 SCARA robots, the igus 7th Axis mounts directly for seamless integration in larger workcells. Control is managed through EPSON software, without integrated inverse kinematics, which means trajectory and positioning are handled by the robot and axis controller software rather than pre-programmed kinematics. This can require additional adjustment during setup but allows flexible routing and deployment.
