The Air Vise AV-T-6 is a 6-inch pneumatic CNC vise constructed from 7075 T-6 hard anodized aluminum with self-centering jaws and a 15/16-inch throat depth.

Pneumatic actuation replaces manual tightening, enabling faster part loading and unloading between machining cycles while delivering consistent, repeatable clamping force.

The vise measures 5.980 inches square, a compact footprint that permits mounting multiple units on a single machine table.

It is compatible with M-code and robotic control systems for automation integration.

Clamping force is adjustable for both outside diameter and inside diameter workholding.
