The Air Vise AV-T-4 is a pneumatically actuated CNC vise with a 4-inch jaw width and self-centering design, manufactured in the United States from 7075-T6 hard anodized aluminum.

Pneumatic clamping replaces manual tightening to deliver adjustable, consistent, and repeatable clamping force for both outside diameter and inside diameter workholding.

The 5.980-inch by 5.980-inch footprint allows multiple vises to be positioned on a single machine table, and the compact form factor is optimized for chip evacuation with a 15/16-inch throat depth.

Integration with automation systems is supported through robotic command controls or M-code operation, enabling faster load and unload cycles in automated cells.

Each unit ships with workholding hardware, fixture keys, jaw shims, and pneumatic fittings.
