3-axis delta robot | 3 DOF | 360mm | 5kg

The igus DLE-DR-0002-0004-00-0 is a 3-DOF delta robot with a 360 mm diameter working space, capable of handling payloads up to 5 kg at speeds reaching 3 m/s and acceleration of 60 m/s².

It delivers 0.5 mm repeatability for precise positioning in pick and place, sorting, packaging, and lab automation tasks.

The robot weighs 15 kg and is suited for industrial environments, research facilities, and small to medium manufacturing operations.

Control is handled through the Dryve D1 motor controller, which supports Modbus TCP, CANopen, and digital/analog I/O connectivity.

The system integrates without requiring software installation.

Programming can be performed via a graphical user interface on a Windows 10 PC, and operation is available through an optional handheld controller with touch screen and joystick, or alternatively via a gamepad connected to the PC.

Once programmed, the robot can run autonomously using the handheld without requiring continuous PC connection.

Optional accessories including initiator kits and calibration pins are available to streamline initial setup.

When combined with grippers or suction cups and a vision system, the robot can handle three-dimensional pick and place tasks, conveyor belt picking, stacking, and bin picking operations.
