It handles payloads up to 5 kg with positioning repeatability of 0.5 mm and delivers track speeds of 2 m/s with 30 m/s² acceleration.

The unit weighs 7.2 kg and operates at up to 50 picks per minute.

The robot ships with igus Robot Control, which offers multiple connectivity options including Modbus TCP/IP, ROS, LabVIEW, CANopen, and digital I/O.

The control system is available in cabinet or DIN rail configurations and includes a 3D graphical interface for programming.

Motion control features 1/256 microstepping for smooth operation and adaptive current control for energy efficiency using Trinamics StallGuard2 and CoolStep technologies.
